Becoming Part of the VJV Family: Our Admission Process

At Vichakshan Jain Vidyapeeth, we welcome new members through a structured yet simple admission procedure designed to understand each child’s unique needs while maintaining complete transparency. Here’s how the process works:

 

Step 1: Registration

Parents can register their ward through either:

    • Online Mode: Via VJV’s online application

    • Offline Mode: By visiting the school reception

Upon online registration, parents will receive a confirmation along with a scheduled interaction date via SMS/ WhatsApp/ Call. Offline registrations require no additional confirmation.

 

Step 2: Interaction & Documentation

On the allotted date, parents and the child must visit the school with the following documents:

    • Birth Certificate (copy)

    • Aadhar Card (copy)

    • Academic records (previous and current year marksheets)

    • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

    • Student’s photographs (3 passport-size, colored)

    • Parents’/guardian’s photographs (2 passport-size, colored)

    • Affidavit for name change (if applicable)

    • Medical Certificate

An informal interaction helps us assess the child’s developmental readiness and any special requirements. Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Step 3: Fee Payment & Confirmation

Once approved, parents must:

  1. Submit the duly filled admission form at the VJV office.

  2. Complete the fee payment within 7 days through:

    • Online: NEFT/RTGS/UPI

    • Offline: Cash/cheque (payable to “Vichakshan Jain Vidyapeeth”)

Bank Details:

    • Bank: State Bank of India, Kumhari Branch

Upon payment, the admission is confirmed, and the child receives a unique Student ID.

Note: Non-payment or non-attendance within the stipulated period will result in admission cancellation.

FAQs

At VJV, the admission procedure can be completed online as well as offline. The rules of admission are as follows;

  • The age eligibility cut-off for Nursery is 3 ½ years as on 31st July
  • All valid applications (meeting age criteria & complete in all respects) are considered for admission
  • The admission is done on 'first come - first admit' basis post the results of the Entrance Test for Class I and above and interaction for Nursery. KG I and KG II
  • Admission is granted and confirmed only post verification of documents and payment of the school's fee esp the admission fee.
  • The school admits students basis their performance in the admission test, the details are as follows

The Admission Process starts on 1st November of every year for the upcoming session. The seats are filled on 'first come - first serve' basis.

At Vichakshan Jain Vidyapeeth, we offer the following streams to match every learner’s passion and purpose:

• Science (Maths Group): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology

Code of Conduct Policy – Vichakshan Jain Vidyapeeth

At Vichakshan Jain Vidyapeeth (VJV), the Code of Conduct governs the behaviour, discipline, and values of all students, educators, and staff. Rooted in Jain principles, it ensures a respectful and secure learning environment. The Code of Conduct Committee, comprising the Principal, Vice Principal, and Academic Head, serves as the custodian of this policy and supports students on matters of conduct.

Students must follow the Code both on campus and while representing VJV externally. Violations are treated seriously, with disciplinary action designed to guide, correct, and foster growth.

Dress Code and Appearance

  • Classroom: Prescribed school uniform
  • Trips & Events: As directed by school authorities
  • Formal Representation: Uniform or instructed attire
  • Hair Code: Hairstyles must follow school norms. Repeated violations may result in corrective action by school-appointed barber.

General Behaviour Expectations

  • Electronic Devices: Not permitted unless approved. Confiscation and penalties may apply.
  • Academic Integrity: No plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty.
  • Respectful Language: No profanities, vulgarity, or hurtful language.
  • Violence: Physical violence, coercion, bullying, and harassment are strictly prohibited.
  • Weapons: Possession of any weapon is a serious legal offence and will result in expulsion.
  • Vandalism & Theft: Respect for property is essential. Offenders will face strict consequences.
  • Substance Use: No tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or related items on or off campus.
  • Library Usage: Books must be treated respectfully. Theft or damage is an offence.
  • Online Conduct: Cyberbullying or unauthorized posting is not allowed.
  • Monetary Transactions: No unauthorized fundraising or lending money.
  • Vehicles: No student may bring a vehicle without permission. Unauthorized vehicles will be confiscated.

Attendance and Participation

Students must adhere to CBSE attendance rules and actively participate in assemblies and school activities. Prior approval is required for any absence.

Interaction with School Authorities

Disrespect or interference with staff performing their duties is a violation. This includes threats, use of abusive language, refusing to cooperate during investigations, or intimidating staff. Such acts will be treated as serious offences.

Disciplinary Procedures

Disciplinary actions aim to teach accountability. Based on the nature and severity of the violation, consequences may include:

  • Counselling and self-reflection exercises
  • Community service or awareness tasks
  • Written apologies to affected individuals
  • Suspension from school activities
  • Parent meetings and written notifications
  • Temporary suspension from classes
  • Conditional withdrawal or expulsion

Major violations will be handled by a disciplinary sub-committee led by the Principal, with inputs from relevant staff and, where appropriate, student representatives.
