To be a member of the VJV family, you need to register the child after meeting the admission counsellor. Once registration formalities are completed, the admission is made on the basis of an informal interaction in order to understand the child’s readiness to join the school, his/her developmental milestones, and special needs, if any. The admission for all classes would be done in a transparent process based on the categorization made by the school in accordance with its objectives. The acceptance of the admission shall be notified online and telephonically only to the parent/guardian. Fees must be paid within the stipulated time in the offer of admission. Non-attendance/non-payment of the fee on the required day shall mean the cancellation of admission.

Please find below the process for admissions:
  • Admission begins with the registration process, which can be done in 2 ways:
    • Online – through app
    • Offline – at school only (reception)
  • After confirmation of online registration, parents will be allotted a date and time through message, WhatsApp, or call.
  • Offline registration itself does not need any sort of confirmation.
  • Parents have to come to school with their wards and necessary documents as mentioned below on the given date & time.
  • Required Documents:
    • A copy of Birth Certificate.
    • A copy of Aadhar Card.
    • Marksheets of last year & current year.
    • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
    • 3 Passport size coloured Photos (Student)
    • 2 Passport size coloured Photos (Father, Mother & Guardian)
    • Affidavit for name change (if required)
    • Medical Certificate
  • Admission is provided through counselling/interaction on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • After getting the consent of authorities, the duly filled admission form is to be submitted at VJV office with the requisite fees within 7 days.
  • The fees can be paid by both offline and online modes through cash/cheque/NEFT/online transfer.

  • After the payment, admission of the child is confirmed and he will be allotted a unique Student ID.

Admission of the child to the VJV KIDS SCHOOL is based on the following age criteria:

  • Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of the child should be provided at the time of the admission.
  • Two passport size photographs will be required.
